We wanted a neutral, imagination-nourishing abode for our little threenager, and this home is perfect for a wide array of tenants, including many sizes of dinosaurs. Easy to construct, sturdy enough for her to move from room to room, and so welcoming. I hope this is with her a loooong time - the quality seems excellent!
Love the design, but not suitable for kids
Purchased because I wanted a wood dollhouse that was fairly compact and a modern design. My plan was to add some wallpaper, paint some pieces and make it a cute custom house for our 27 month old. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT sturdy enough for any child to play with, no matter the age. Put it together based on instructions and even having it sit on our level dining table, it slowly shook itself out of place and left the second floor of the dollhouse hanging by a single tiny dowel they include. This is a really cool design if you are an adult looking to make your own display piece but I can assure you this is not going to work for any sort of play with children. Returning and back on the hunt for a quality dollhouse.
Playmobil figure friendly and well made
Great quality and easy to assemble. The storage case looks like it will outlast me! This was an easy entry into the world of doll houses. Our young one is not yet three and we are starting to acquire a lot of Playmobil figures and accessories and I was curious if there would be interest in this type of play and if the Playmobil figures would fit well and they do. Very glad I purchased this and I can tell we are going to get a lot of use out of it.
